General conditions of sale and delivery

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through this online shop. The sale is carried out by Anselm Bonies as a freelance artist (not as a trader in the sense of commercial law).

2. Conclusion of contract

By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected artwork or edition. The contract is concluded once we confirm the order by e-mail.

3. Payment methods

Payments can be made securely via Stripe, PayPal, Alipay or SEPA bank transfer. We do not store full payment data (e.g. credit card numbers).

4. Delivery & international shipping

Delivery times depend on the destination country and the type of product. Posters and prints are usually shipped within 7–14 days. Unique works and framed editions may require longer preparation times. International shipping is carried out via logistics partners such as DHL, UPS or FedEx. Customs duties or local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Retention of title

The artwork remains the property of the artist until full payment has been received.

6. Final provisions

German law applies. The place of performance is Loitz, Germany. Should individual provisions of these Terms & Conditions be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
