Shipping & Delivery

All details are provided without guarantee. Unless otherwise stated in the online shop, the following rules apply. Not transferable. Valid only for orders placed via shop.dreifisch.com.

1. Shipping classes

• Posters: rolled in a shipping tube, standard economy
• Prints: flat or rolled, depending on size
• Framed works / collages: special packaging, freight or express shipping

2. Shipping zones

• Germany: delivery within 1–3 business days
• European Union: delivery within 3–7 business days
• International: delivery within 5–10 business days (economy). Priority available at surcharge.

3. Carriers

Shipping partners: FedEx, DHL, UPS, DPD

4. Insurance & customs

All shipments are insured up to the value of the artwork. No customs duties within Germany or the EU. For international deliveries, customs duties or local taxes may apply (payable by recipient).

5. Delivery times

• Posters & standard prints: 7–14 days
• Framed works & originals: depending on preparation
• International economy: 3–5 days (USA), 5–10 days (worldwide)
• Priority: subject to availability, surcharge per carrier tariff
