Right of Withdrawal / Returns Policy

Information on the right of withdrawal for consumers

1. Withdrawal period

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the goods.

2. Exclusions from the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following items:

• Custom-made works produced according to customer specifications
• Original artworks
• Limited and signed fine art prints or editions
• Commissioned works
• Framed works (regardless of whether original, print or collage)

3. Exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.

4. Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the standard delivery offered by us). The refund will be made without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days after we have received the returned goods.

5. Return shipping

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned in the original packaging or in equally secure packaging.
